My Why

I believe the best products begin with understanding the athlete. My passion is transforming athlete insights into innovative, performance driven products that empower athletes to perform with confidence and trust in the gear they rely on.

How I Think

I've always been an innovator in some capacity. One of my earliest memories is deciding I wanted to build a pond at our family cabin. Armed with a shovel that was far too big for me, I started digging. The first time I filled the hole with water, it immediately seeped into the dirt. I failed, adapted, and kept going. Eventually, I realized I couldn't build it alone, I needed to lean on people with the right tools and expertise to bring the vision to life.

Looking back, I realize that experience shaped how I approach product creation today. I love taking an idea and figuring out how to make it real. I enjoy learning through failure, asking thoughtful questions, and collaborating with people from different disciplines to turn concepts into products.

What Drives My Process

My background in Kinesiology taught me how athletes move, while my education in Sports Product Management taught me how to transform athlete insights into products. Every project begins with understanding the athlete, identifying an opportunity, and exploring solutions through prototyping, testing, and iteration. Whether I'm sketching ideas, building prototypes, or working alongside factory partners, I'm constantly learning, refining, and improving until the product earns an athlete's trust.
