My purpose is to empower people in the outdoors and protect the environment, grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel a sense of belonging. Growing up, I spent more time outdoors than indoors, often competing in male-dominated sports where I sometimes felt overlooked. But these experiences only fueled my drive. Inspired by this journey, I am dedicated to creating opportunities for others in the outdoors, allowing them to experience the same inspiration and connection.

I want to revolutionize the outdoor and spots industry by creating products with intention and responsibility. One of my proudest moments was moving to Sri Lanka to learn about manufacturing, which deepened my understanding of what it takes to achieve this as a product developer. This experience strengthened my commitment to sustainability and serves as a reminder of the realities of mass manufacturing. I am dedicated not only to making an impact through my own work but also to sharing these insights with others, fostering a more conscious and sustainable industry.

Looking into the future, I see myself surrounded by adventurous, driven people, living close to the mountains and working in the outdoor and sports industry. Within ten years, I envision myself in Asia, collaborating closely with a liaison office to drive positive, innovative, sustainable change and develop purposeful products. I want to be part of a community that is motivated to learn, grow, and empower each other.
